Purpose and Background

SMASH International is established in September 2023, as a member of the SMASH Group for the purpose of providing advanced and high-quality accounting, auditing and advisory services, mainly for cross-border projects. Dai (Daisuke) Mori, who is a founding partner of SMASH International, is Managing Director of SMASH HD (Holdings) Co., Ltd., which oversees the consulting company and the real estate company of the group.
In September 2024, SMASH International Audit Corporation and SMASH International Advisory LLC were established to meet the ever-increasing expectations of globalisation and reliable information disclosure in Japan.

SMASH Group

The SMASH Group has six companies under its umbrella, and among them, the central tax accountant corporation Smash Management has been in business for over 45 years, has more than 1,500 tax advisory clients, and is the largest in the Mikawa region of Aichi Prefecture. In the tax and inheritance tax field, we boast one of the highest number of filings in Aichi Prefecture. SMASH Group has a large number of specialized staff such as tax accountants, administrative scriveners, social insurance and labour consultants, certified public accountants, and real estate transaction agents, and provides one-stop services that meet the needs of all of our customers.

Origin of SMASH

The name SMASH is derived from the following words under the motto of integrating accounting and management and providing better services to people.
