The theme is “Misconduct at Overseas Subsidiaries: Utilise Global Whistleblowing Systems!” In fact, the majority of misconduct is discovered through whistleblowing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar will explain how to effectively utilise whistleblowing for detecting misconduct at overseas subsidiaries from an internal audit perspective.
