Now, on February 26, 2024, the Listing Department of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. announced the “Summary of the development of the listing system to expand disclosure in English”. By March 2025, companies listed on the prime market are required to make efforts to simultaneously release “financial information” and “timely disclosure information” in both Japanese and English, in addition, it is expected that disclosure in English will become mandatory.
