We would like to thank you for your continued support and patronage during the past year. Last year was a big step forward for us as we incorporated SMASH International Accounting Office and established SMASH International Audit Corporation and SMASH International Advisory LLC. Since its foundation, SMASH International has provided financial statement audits, financial advisory services, internal audits for overseas subsidiaries and support for English disclosure. SMASH International has also provided financial advisory services for financial statements, internal audits of overseas subsidiaries and support for English disclosures.
In 2025, simultaneous Japanese-English disclosure will become mandatory for prime listed companies, and preparation for new lease accounting is expected to begin, particularly for large companies and listed companies. Since our office launch, we have operated under the motto ‘Trust and Security in a global society’, and we will continue to provide even higher quality services this year, and will do our utmost to contribute to the growth and peace of mind of our clients.
