Kazuhiro Yamada

Kazuhiro joined Aoyama Audit Corp., a member firm of PriceWaterhouse (now PwC) in 1992, where Kazuhiro was involved in broad audit-related assignments for listed and foreign-affiliated enterprises. Later on Kazuhiro was engaged in various work related to M&A as a launching member of Transaction Service Group. Stationed at a major securities company, Kazuhiro also supported their sales representatives. After that Kazuhiro worked at S&E CPA Office and provided audit-related services for German and other European companies and domestic unlisted companies. Kazuhiro also provides advisory services to managers and owners of listed/unlisted companies as a director or an adviser.
In November 2024, Kazuhiro joined SMASH International Audit Corporation.
