For a foreign company with a parent company in Europe (Distributor of equipment imported from Europe, Turnover over 5 billion), we conducted an internal audit of the Japanese subsidiary as part of a group-wide internal audit, understanding the status of RCM creation and maintenance, and conducting evaluation and operational testing in collaboration with the parent company’s global internal audit department. Communicating with the global internal audit department in English and conducting all deliverables in English, as well as providing internal control audit support with an understanding of the unique business practices in Japan.
