In order to respond to the increasing globalisation of business in recent years, provide full-fledged services to foreign companies and expand SMASH International’s operations, SMASH International Accounting Office, which was established in September 2023, has been transferred to SMASH International Auditing Corporation and SMASH International Advisory LLC.
・Outline
SMASH International Audit Corporation and SMASH International Advisory LLC are comprised of six internationally experienced partners from major audit firms, with a total of approximately 20 professional staff, providing services to both domestic and foreign companies.
SMASH Group (*) consists of six corporations centred on SMASH Management, a certified tax accountant firm operating mainly in Aichi Prefecture and established more than 46 years ago, and SMASH Associates, MD C.P.A Office and a lawyer’s office. SMASH International Audit Corporation and SMASH International Advisory LLC will join the SMASH Associates.
SMASH International will continue to strive to be a link between Japan and the rest of the world, with the motto of providing ‘trust and security in a global sociaety’ as the one and only small to medium-sized audit firm that can provide full-scale international services in Japan.
